Vazquez Landscaping, LLC provides residential and commercial landscaping services including (but not limited to) mowing, trimming, mulching, cleanups, tree services, and seasonal maintenance. All services are subject to availability, property access, weather conditions, and mutual agreement.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information submitted through our website or gathered during property assessment. Prices may vary depending on job scope, property conditions, and materials required. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.Estimates are free and non-binding. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen factors are present on-site.
3. Scheduling & Access
Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the property on the agreed service date. If access is blocked or unsafe, we may need to reschedule, and a trip fee may apply.We aim to deliver services on time but are not liable for delays caused by weather, emergencies, or factors outside our control. You will be notified of any scheduling changes.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a service at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge. Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions.
5. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, Zelle, and other electronic options. Past-due invoices may incur a late fee and service may be suspended until balance is paid.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Satisfaction issues reported after this window may be subject to additional fees depending on the scope of follow-up.
7. Property Damage
While we take great care to avoid damage, customers must inform us of any underground systems (e.g. irrigation, lighting wires). We are not responsible for unmarked or uncommunicated hazards.If accidental damage occurs due to our negligence, we will assess and repair or reimburse accordingly.
8. Liability & Insurance
We are fully insured for general liability and property damage. However, Vazquez Landscaping, LLC is not liable for damages resulting from circumstances outside our control, including weather events, pest infestations, or pre-existing property conditions.
9. Use of Website
All content on our website (text, images, branding) is the property of Vazquez Landscaping, LLC and may not be copied, republished, or used without written permission.You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.
